Working with leaders and teams to navigate change, build trust, and grow through challenge.
Clarify your direction and take intentional steps toward meaningful progress.
Build trust in your leadership through reflection, insight, and practical tools.
Reconnect with your values and lead with purpose in complex environments.
Conflicting priorities. Strong personalities. Limited time. High expectations. Change that looks good on paper, but feels messy in practice.
If you are living that reality, you do not need another framework. You need space to think, a steady partner, and support that leads to real movement.
I work with leaders, teams, and organizations to reduce friction, strengthen communication, and create enough alignment that decisions become doable. My approach blends executive coaching, team coaching, mediation, and facilitation, grounded in systems thinking, deep listening, and a practical understanding of how organizations actually work.
This is not coaching by formula. It is relational work that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.

A practitioner who understands organizational life
Before becoming a coach, I spent many years working inside complex organizations, particularly in the post‑secondary education sector. I’ve led large collaborative teams, managed budgets, designed over 30 programs, facilitated difficult conversations, and sat at decision‑making tables where values, power, and resources don’t always align neatly.
That background matters. It means I understand the pressure leaders carry, the realities of institutional constraints, and the human cost of unresolved conflict or poorly managed change.

“Annette is a talented coach who uses a very effective mix of coaching tools, intuition, and personal experience. She has helped me clarify my goals and priorities in a way that I find easy to follow through on. Homework is not overwhelming! I'm grateful for her support in navigating career challenges and transitions.”
“Annette helped guide me in understanding what my strengths are and how to express them in an interview to have the most impact. She did a great job of staying focused on the task at hand and making each session very productive. Annette’s warm personality and vast experience makes her one of the friendliest and most effective expert level coaches. I believe that without her help I might still be looking for work.”
I work with leaders, teams, and organizations navigating complexity, change, and conflict — especially those seeking thoughtful, practical support grounded in lived experience.
I coach with a systems lens and a human heart. We look at your patterns, instincts, and values, and we also look at the context around you, including culture, power dynamics, roles, and expectations. This work is not just insight. It is sense-making and strategy. You leave with language, practical approaches, and next steps you can use right away.
Yes. Many coaching engagements explore conflict, communication, and leadership tensions. I also offer dedicated conflict coaching and mediation when deeper support is needed.
Both. Coaching engagements can be short-term or ongoing, depending on your goals and context. We work with what’s emerging in real time — not just fixed objectives.
Both are available, but most people choose a package because it creates momentum and a clear arc of work. Packages also make pricing predictable. If you’re not sure what you need yet, we can start with a short, focused option and decide from there.
Yes, in some cases. I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots for clients who are in transition or working within tight constraints. If cost is a barrier, tell me what’s feasible and we’ll see what’s possible.
